Self sabotage is a product of low emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand, interpret, and respond to your emotions in an enlightened and healthy way.
We can hold tightly to beliefs that cause us to doubt, assume we will fail, and that ultimately cause us to push positive things away from us.
All change, no matter how good, is uncomfortable until it becomes familiar. Just because something is comfortable doesn’t mean it is good for us.
