Here are some key points from last week's discussion

Anger is not meant to be projected onto someone else; rather, it should serve as a motivation to change what we need to change in our own lives.
Regret is another way we show ourselves not what we wish we could have done in the past, but what we absolutely need to create going forward.
The only way to get over chronic fear is to actually get through it. We can learn to shrug and say “if that happens, it happens”.
